A security deposit of €750 is charged at the time of paying the final balance. If pool heating is required an additional deposit of €750 is charged to cover the cost of gas.

Price includes provision and weekly change of bed linen and towels [excluding beach towels] and cleaning of villa before guests arrive and after they leave.

Electricity is included from May –October. From November to April electricity is charged according to meter reading.

A maid is available for cleaning for guests (at a rate of €15 per hour).

Pool heating can be arranged and charged according to gas consumption. It is run on calor gas and can cost as much as €60 a day outside June, July and August depending on the weather.
