Cleanliness and comfort rate high on our agenda, and you can be assured of a warm personal welcome when you arrive. Our prices reflect the comfort and quality which enabled us to recieve the 4 star rating. £50 deposit secures the barn of your choice.[ subject to availibilty]. Farmhouse, Bed and Breakfast starts at £20 per person per night for our twin room with H/C facilities, OR £25 per person per night for our double room with ensuite shower room. Tea and Coffee making facilities, and full English breakfast included in the price.

WE WELCOME UP TO 2 WELL BEHAVED DOGs IN EACH OF OUR COTTAGES FREE OF CHARGE. WE HAVE A LIST OF LOCAL KENNELS WHICH TAKE DAILY BOARDERS.

Cot, HighChair, [we also have a 'Z' bed which is suitable for a child just out of a cot.] all need to be pre-booked . All at no extra charge. SORRY NO SMOKING IN  THE COTTAGES.
