We are now open for the 2009 season and have got off to a good start with some lovely Easter sunshine. We have a few new arrivals this year including a herb garden. This means you can pick your own fresh herbs to cook with from our new border near reception. We are not having a web cam fitted as the picture was not up to scratch but as I write this our site wide WIFI  should be up and running within the next couple of days. We have also just bought a Llama called Headley he will be moving in with our goats within the next month or so, when asked why we bought a Llama our reply was because we haven't got one.  We are also getting a couple of ducks to go in with the hens. Here at Tollgate we have decided to rear  our own pigs to produce our sausages and bacon for the take away food bar this summer. We know they have a good free range outdoor life and are not fed any rubbish and do taste great. (Sorry any veggies who read this). If you are booked to come down here this year we hope you have a great time and fingers and toes crossed for better weather than last years maelstrom.
